All information received from portal users, whether in the form of e-mails or registration information, shall be treated in the strictest confidence by Activa Multimèdia Digital. 

 

The information received in the e-mail section will only be used to answer the questions posed by users and shall not be used for any other purpose.

The data voluntarily submitted in the registration form include a personal data file held by Activa Multimèdia Digital, SL. This file is used to manage the user’s access to the client area of the web site, which provides information on the company, the audiovisual industry, downloads, subscription to the company’s newsletter, and information from the CCRTV group (Corporació Catalana de Ràdio i Televisió) as well as to various services that Activa Multimèdia Digital may create in the future.

 

All reasonable technical and organizational measures have been taken to ensure the legal protection and security of aforesaid files. Such data shall not be made available to other companies in any way, shape, or form without prior consent from the user.

 

In compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 15/1999, of December 13, users may exercise their rights to access, dispute, rectify, or remove aforesaid data in by sending an e-mail to [email protected], or a letter to the attention of  Activa Multimèdia Digital, SL, Edifici Imagina, Carrer Gaspar Fàbregas, 81, 2a. planta, 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat.

 

By registering, the user indicate their informed acceptance of the above data protection policy and their authorization for processing the personal data provided as set out in this Legal Notice.

 

The section allows portal users to send web contents to their friends. The user provides the recipient’s name and e-mail address in the web form.

The provisions of the Data Protection Act 15/1999 of December 13 require that any individual wishing to send such data to an intended recipient must obtain the latter’s permission before furnishing personal information. Portal users should therefore obtain the recipient’s consent before filling in the form. Activa Multimèdia shall not be held liable where the user fails to obtain such consent.

Activa Multimèdia guarantees the rights conferred by the data protection legislation in force, which includes that contained in the Information Society Services and E-Commerce Act 34/2002 of July 11, for both users and any friends they may designate in portal web forms.
