The state of the beaches, on iPhone and Android

 Activa Multimèdia offers updated data on more than 1,000 beaches in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and the Valencian Autonomous Community
                  
The state of the beaches reaches the last-generation mobile devices through “Temps de platja” (Beach Time), the new application by Activa Multimèdia specially designed for iPhone and Android. Through the Internet connection, you can obtain data of interest about the coasts in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands and the Valencian Autonomous Community.

Apart from the weather forecast and the temperature, the service offers multiple à la carte information data, such as the state of the sea and the temperature of the water, the specific characteristics of the beach regarding the surface (sandy or pebbles beach) and its location (urban or wild). Similarly, it helps find out about the available facilities and services, such as catering and first-aid points.

A very easy-to-use system thanks to a navigation made simple and intuitive. It shows photographs of the beaches – photographs too that can be taken, sent and commented on by the users themselves, who can also award points to the beaches.

“Temps de platja” (Beach Time) has been developed in collaboration with CCRTV Interactiva and is now available for downloading from Apple Store and Android Market.
