Telefórmula Is the New Tool for the Automatic Creation of Programmes
The system enables the filling up of continuity spaces with videoclips in a simple way
Telefórmula is the new automatic production platform developed by AM – a system of dynamic synopses that enables the creation and management, in a swift and simple way, of television programmes. Through this system, Televisió de Catalunya has launched musical programmes Túrmix and Túrmix Cat, the first to be automatically broadcast.
Túrmix and Túrmix Cat are musical programmes broadcast on digital Canal 33 and are based on videoclips. Thanks to Telefórmula, programmes are built on a number of musical and editing criteria set by means of a web tool and are generated without having to go through postproduction room.
Through a search of previously indexed videos on a content manager, the system creates automatic synopses that the user can, if necessary, manipulate with full freedom. The resulting list can be saved as a programme or as a template that enables the mass generation of programmes, taking as reference the criteria of search used. As a final step, you apply an editing style and the programme will be automatically generated.
