HandData
HandData is an all-in-one system for generating, managing and broadcasting data services over DVB-T, -S and -C networks.

SYSTEM VERSIONS
- HandData Lab is the basic single-user version, designed for testing receivers, development of MHP applications and other simulation environments. It includes all data generation and broadcast features but does not support external management and integration.
- HandData OnAir PRO and CLUSTER are the commercial versions of HandData meeting broadcasters and network operators’ needs. They allow integration in a platform, multi-user management, and access to external content suppliers. They ensure data integrity and recovery from power cuts, while the CLUSTER version delivers high availability.
- HandData OnAir LITE is a cut-down version of HandData OnAir and serves the needs of small TV broadcasters. It is based on cheaper hardware and covers basic data broadcast needs

HandData’s kernel, the DataCast Server, generates Transport Stream output in DVB-ASI, which includes all the data services, encapsulated in real time and with dynamic updates.

HandData OnAir’s Client-Server Architecture
The System Management Server allows distributed control of the system and easy integration.
It manages multiple clients and content providers through a data base providing data control and integrity, and data recovery methods.
The Application Server manages the flow of MHP applications and the remaining data services supplied by content providers. It also features various tools for capturing and synchronizing data.
